With the fruitful experience in last year, Women-in-Engineering, IEEE HK section continue to provides the valuable mentorship opportunity to match secondary school student (F4 above is preferred) / associate degree / college students with insightful mentors. The mentorship is completely open, voluntary and free of charge, with a purpose to nurture the professional and personal development of future engineers.

We, at IEEE, help many youths who aspiring success to get guidance through mentorship program. Cases also prove that seasoned guidance and quantitative skills help young mentees succeed in their choice of careers, such as technology, consulting, finance, investment and general management,. In addition, our mentorship can benefit you, an educator, as much as mentees, by helping your students enhance problem-solving skills and broaden visions in learning.
