Joanne Tse is an Associate of BMT Asia Pacific Limited. She has been worked extensively in projects of Hong Kong Mass Transit Railway, Taiwan High Speed Rail, Dubai Light Rail Transit, Singapore LTA, UK Shell Expro (Shell U.K. Limited & Esso Exploration and Production U.K. Limited), Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport Rail Link, Dubai Metro and various private commercial sectors in Asia Pacific. She is responsible for hazard / risk identification, risk modelling, evaluation and management, system reliability & maintainability analysis, RAM demonstration, ISO9000 consultation, electromagnetic compatibility testing and management, and Safety Integrity Level determination.

Senior Development Officer, HSBC CIBM/FXMM

Andrea is a software development specialist concentrating on forex algorithmic trading. Currently, she is a senior development officer of HSBC Global Corporate, Investment Banking and Markets division and works on forex algorithmic trading and auto-hedge projects. Unlike equity algorithmic trading, forex algorithmic trading has been in the spotlight in the investment industry for just two to three years. It is high volume, high volatility, round-the-clock margin trading and exposed to extremely high risk. Andrea and her team works closely with a London-based research team and traders on the London trading floor to devise trading strategies and out-of-the-box solutions. Previously Andrea worked for JP Morgan Chase and iAsia on financial systems in general, including derivatives trading and treasury applications.

Assistant Vice President, Research, Guidance & Consulting, Corporate Information Security Office, RBS

Albert is an information security expert currently heading RBS / ABN AMRO's Asia-Pacific infosec research and consulting. In his early years Albert specialized in penetration testing and defense. In 2001 Albert co-designed with 3 other experts the first digital forensics course for law enforcement in Hong Kong - a true "CSI". As for highlight of his past consulting works, Albert was responsible for risk assessment and audit for a number of mission critical IT systems within Hong Kong government agencies. Other than professional consulting, Albert was lecturer at HKUST teaching computer internals, and had run a startup making intrusion prevention systems. These experiences have given Albert a full spectrum perspective on information security.

Judy was the only lady member of the World champion team for Robocup 2001, the world robotic soccer competition when she was a final year diploma student during her studies in the Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore. After graduation from the HKUST, she led the HKUST team in winning 4 awards including champion in the Robocon Hong Kong Domestic Competition 2005 as a co-instructor. Judy has has recently ventured into bleeding edge technology of 3-dimentional vision machine automation, founding FidelityArt Research, specialized in high speed precision 3D measurement systems. She is also a committee member with IEEE GOLD.

Michael is a software engineer having strong experiences in C++ application development. Previously he was working in a global software vendor manufacturing equity-trading software, which provides FIX connectivities and order routing functionalities on both DMA (Direct Market Acces) and EDA (Electronic Desk Access). Currently he is working on algo-trading product development in an Agency Broker firm. He holds a Master degree in Software Technology.

Philip founded the FFCA in 1996 and has built systems for numerous logistics companies in Hong Kong. His series of software systems, including freight forwarding, haulage, warehousing, and courier has accompanied the logistics industry from the manual operation age to the e-Logistics era. Philip also teaches logistics diplomas and bachelor degree courses offered by institutions including the HKU, HKUSPACE, Polytechnic University, Hong Kong Productivity Council, University of Technology, Curtin (Australia), and Northumbria University (UK).
